| Temporary
disconnection |
|
- Supply becomes liable for disconnection after expiry
of disconnection date in the bill. The date of disconnection
is 15 days from due date of payment.
- Supply may be disconnected temporarily for other
reasons mentioned in UPERC Electricity supply code -
2002 (clause 4.66.1).
- After temporary disconnection we issue notice mentioning
cause temporary disconnection.

disconnection |
| |
- Temporary disconnection will be made permanent disconnection
if cause of temporary disconnection is not removed within
45 days of the notice period.
- Consumer may seek permanent disconnection if he does
not need electricity.
